Cancellation & Refund Policy

Full refund is available if you cancel at least 3 hours before your scheduled session time. Each session requires personal preparation by Sushma in advance — cancellation requests received after this window are not eligible for a refund.

To cancel, email us at contact@tarottruth.com with your booking reference before the 3-hour cutoff.

Once your session has been conducted, no refund will be issued as the service has been fully delivered.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Sushma personally conducts every session with sincere preparation and full attention to your situation.

If you feel your session was not conducted sincerely, contact us within 12 hours of your completed session at contact@tarottruth.com with your booking reference and a brief description of your concern.

We will review your feedback and offer a complimentary follow-up session at our discretion.

This applies to session conduct only — not to tarot outcomes or readings, which are interpretive and personal in nature.
