By accessing this website or booking a consultation session, you agree to the following terms:

Nature of Service

• All sessions are provided for guidance purposes only.

• No guarantees, predictions, or outcomes are promised.

Booking & Payment

• All sessions are confirmed only after successful payment.

• Payment must be completed before scheduling.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Session Duration

• Session duration is fixed as per booking.

• Late joining will reduce session time accordingly.

• Sessions will not be extended to compensate for delays.

Session Format

• Sessions are conducted via Google Meet.

• Voice sessions: camera turned off.

• Video sessions: camera turned on.

No-Show Policy

If the client fails to attend the session at the scheduled time, the session will be considered completed and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

User Conduct

Any abusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

Responsibility Disclaimer

You acknowledge that:

• All decisions taken after the session are your own responsibility.

• We are not liable for actions, decisions, or outcomes resulting from the consultation.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the service provider be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in India.
